Kim Kurey

Kim Kurey is an experienced marketing and public relations director with a demonstrated history working in the healthcare industry. She is skilled in integrated marketing, media relations, publications, corporate communications, and writing. Her strong media and communication leadership skills led several midwestern hospital systems through mergers, acquisitions, and rebranding processes. She currently works part-time in the same arena at her firm, Citadel Development Group, LLC.

Kim is a former trustee of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation and served as its board president from 2020 to 2021. She currently serves as a trustee of Guardian Trust Foundation and has done so since 2022. During the past decade Kim has served in various volunteer capacities at The American Red Cross, Belleair Community Foundation, Morton Plant Hospital, and the Clearwater Free Clinic. She is also a coach for Girls On The Run, where trained volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy.

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, focused on Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
